We acquire commercial buildings priced between $20M - $350M throughout the western United States and target two-to-five year holds with middle-to-upper teens levered returns.

Properties requiring renovation and currently perform below market averages
Office / Industrial / Flex / R&D / Life Science
Covered land opportunities with redevelopment potential to other uses
Significant vacancy or near term rollover
Single or multi-tenant commercial properties in the 30,000 SF to 500,000 SF size range
Mixed-use commercial projects
Purchase price that is below replacement cost
